Events

LACAH IV West was held on the second and third of April and LACAH IV East was held on the ninth and tenth of April, putting President Ngo Dinh Diem, the South Vietnamese president responsible for the use of Agent Orange, on the stand. After the events of Operation Ranch Hand, he was neither charged nor convicted of any crime despite having indirectly caused the deaths of over a hundred thousand people; thus, offering an opportunity for participants to independently develop their own interpretations and evaluate the evidence.
