[The Interview] Thoughts from Misha, LACAH Mentee

Thus far, I have participated in 4 LACAH tournaments, where I hold that the experience gained through each trial I have been through is one of the most enriching things I have done. In spite of the fact that the preparation may be challenging, I learned a lot, for LACAH was my first "collision" with law and with court procedure. Not only that, but these competitions allowed my teammates and I to form a bond that cannot be easily broken. Paired with the exhilaration of being examined, examining someone, and of tracking the opposing side's testimony for any just cause to raise an objection, this is one of the best things I have ever done. I would recommend it to anyone interested in law, so long that they don't mind getting in costume here and there.
